New Owners

If you are a new owner (or current owner)  in Tennis Townhouses, check out our New Owner Guide for helpful tips and guidance on how to find all the info and services you need.

HOA Dues

HOA dues cover Xfinity cable and internet service, trash collection, maintenance of the pool and building exteriors, landscape maintenance and snow removal of the pathways and parking spaces and insurance as described in our insurance documents.  Owners need to obtain an insurance policy for items not covered and the HOA policy deductible.  The button below provides a link to the location that you can pay your monthly dues.
