The following items are included in your monthly HOA Dues:

Regular Recurring Services:

  • Snow plowing of the parking areas
  • Hand shoveling of your sidewalks
  • Water - both domestic and irrigation
  • Sewer
  • Garbage pickup Friday and Monday afternoons
  • Irrigation system startup and shut down
  • Landscaping maintenance 
  • Grass mowing (around entire unit)
  • Pool and spa maintenance
  • Xfinity Cable and internet service

Regular Maintenance as needed per Reserve Plan:

  • Re-staining of siding 
  • Re-staining and painting of Deck railings
  • Roof replacement and repair
  • Parking area crack sealing and repair
  • Maintenance of the pool and spa and pool building
  • Road maintenance

Each month, you will receive a communication informing you when the statements are ready to view/download on the Vail Homeowner Portal. In order to pay your HOA dues and view your financial statements for HOA dues and other Property Management fees (if applicable), you need to log into the Vail Resorts Homeowner Portal.  If you are not sure of your login credentials or are having other difficulties, contact the Keystone Resort Property Management office at 970-496-4155.
