| Board Meetings The Tennis Townhouses Board meets the 4th Tuesday of every month, via Zoom. All homeowners are invited to attend the Board meetings. Annual Meetings The Tennis Townhouses Annual Homeowners Meeting is held in the late Fall/Winter each year. The meeting is typically held virtually via Zoom. All homeowners will receive an announcement about the meeting 30 days in advance with an official invitation from our website. | Special Meetings Occasionally throughout the year, special meetings are called in order to discuss a particular topic. One special meeting which occurs each year is the Budget Ratification Meeting. This typically occurs in December or January. All homeowners are invited to review the budget prior for the following year prior to its approval.
